Yulia completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy at Yorkville University. She is also a Certified Life Coach (CLC) and Certified Health Coach (CHC) through the Health Coach Institute. Her approach and education are focused on trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is currently training to be certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFTC).
Starting her practicum training at the not-for-profit organization, where she worked with various populations of individuals, including those who are disadvantaged and often present with complex concerns, Yulia continued working with adult populations of various backgrounds, providing compassionate and culturally sensitive services. Yulia is passionate about helping and supporting individuals on their journey to recovery every step of the way, offering a safe, non-judgemental and warm environment to explore their feelings and thoughts, facilitating healing, and helping them achieve their personal goals. Yulia focuses on helping individuals navigate a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, excessive worry, anger management, and relationship issues, as well as providing counselling to those who have experienced violence and abuse.
In her free time, Yulia enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, exploring nature, watching movies, attending theatre performances with friends, and swimming.

Dr. Karim Riskallah received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2008 from The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after first completing his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health in 2004 from The University of Toronto. Having served the downtown Toronto community since graduating, Dr. Riskallah quickly recognized the value of a collaborative care approach in managing patient’s health concerns. Subsequently, in the summer of 2011, Dr. Riskallah initiated to help create downtown Toronto’s most comprehensive and diverse interdisciplinary health clinic, Infinity Health Centre.
Since graduating in 2008, Dr. Riskallah has been relentless in continuing to improve his manual orthopedic assessment and treatment approaches to be able to provide his patients with the very best evidence based treatment and assessment protocols. Correspondingly, Dr. Riskallah has worked tirelessly to become one of only a hand full of providers within downtown Toronto to be certified in both Functional Range Assessment and Functional Range Release ; the new gold standards of movement assessment and soft tissue treatment. Additionally, Dr. Riskallah’s dynamic approach to treatment allows him to offer his patients a plethora of treatment options, most notably, Chiropractic manipulation/mobilization, medical acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, health education, and various soft tissue manual therapies.
Having recently had the opportunity to work directly with NHL players from both the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Marlies, as well as attending various NHL summer conditioning camps, Dr. Riskallah has gained a higher level of appreciation for treatment programs directed at targeting the entire body to optimize movement patterns, power, and speed in sports. In the summer time, he’s a devoted golfer, and during the winter months, he indulges in playing ice hockey. Tim received his Master of Physical Therapy Degree in 2017 from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario after completing his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Waterloo in 2011. Shortly after graduating, Tim decided to join Infinity Health Centre and begin building a practice focused on helping the Downtown Toronto community.
When evaluating patients, Tim focuses on taking detailed assessments which he finds is the foundation of an effective treatment plan. Tim utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques throughout his treatment plan, some of which include: Joint mobilizations, myofascial release techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques, mobilizations with movement, exercise prescription, taping, and modalities. All of which are provided in conjunction with patient education and active participation in order to achieve the maximal recovery outcomes for patients.
Tim’s passion for physiotherapy drives him to constantly keep up to date with research and evidence based protocols. Tim has a strong interest in orthopaedic and sports injuries, as well as neurological and geriatric conditions.

Tom brings 19 years of experience in Orthopedic Manual Physiotherapy and Movement Assessment to Infinity Health Centre. He will be accepting new patients effective August 25th, 2023 and taking over care for all patients previously seen by Taofiq Aziz.
Tom received his Masters in Physiotherapy in 2005 from the University Hasslet in Belgium. Furthering his education, Tom enrolled in a specialized 4 year Manual Therapy program at VMTV, Belgium in order to be equipped to offer his patients paralleled hands on treatment and insights into optimizing physical performance and functional movement.
As a movement specialist, Tom goes beyond traditional physiotherapy practices, delving deep into the intricacies of how the body moves and functions. He is adept at analyzing movement patterns, identifying imbalances, and tailoring personalized treatment plans to address specific individual needs.
In addition to his broad skill set, Tom also incorporates the use of dry needling in his practice. Dry needling is a highly effective technique that he employs to help relieve muscle pain, improve mobility, and promote healing. Tom’s introduction to acupuncture principles further complements his therapeutic approach, enabling him to integrate traditional Chinese medicine practices into his treatment plans for more holistic and comprehensive care.

Mary completed her Master of Science in Psychotherapy at McMaster University. Mary also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Social and Behavioral Sciences with a Collaborative Specialization in Addiction Studies from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health (DLSPH) at the University of Toronto (UofT). Her clinical training and education focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities such as Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Mary received training at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic and the Women’s Health Concerns Clinic at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton where she worked with individuals presenting with difficulties associated with changes in mood and anxiety related to pregnancy, postpartum period, menopausal transition, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) as well as general mood and anxiety-related concerns and traumas. Mary also gained clinical experience through her volunteer work as a crisis counsellor specializing in receiving high-risk calls at the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto that required her to assess the caller’s distress level, and suicide risk, and offer the appropriate support and refer when necessary. She was inspired to become further engaged with distressed members of the community through volunteering at the Center for Victims of Torture. As a mentor/translator, she served the refugees and the broader Canadian community by assisting in quick refugee integration into the community. Mary also worked on many research projects related to individuals’ mental health; her most recent research involves understanding the predictors of emotional distress among cancer patients cross-culturally.
Mary is passionate about working with and supporting individuals of all ages who struggle with low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, childhood traumas, and major psychiatric disorders. Mary values building rich connections and therapeutic rapport with individuals by being non-judgmental, empathic, and compassionate and by cultivating a safe and supportive space for others to be vulnerable. Mary works through a strength-based and anti-oppressive approach to help clients reach their goals in treatment. Mary will help her clients gain awareness of past and present issues and how they are interrelated. She will also help them identify cognitive distortions and reach more balanced thoughts as well as identify emotional dysregulations. Mary will also introduce different therapeutic approaches and techniques to help clients cope with their problems in healthy ways.
When not at the clinic, Mary loves to dance ballet, play tennis, and go to the dog park.
