Vasundhara is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She earned her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Ignou University in India.
Vasundhara is passionate about helping her clients with effective treatment plans, developing goals, and suggesting appropriate coping mechanisms to support them throughout their healing journey.
In India, Vasundhara has over 5 years of experience working with children, youths, and adults handling individual cases, addressing a wide range of issues and concerns that have incorporated a variety of therapeutic models and techniques such as CBT, REBT, Behavioural techniques, and NLP.
Vasundhara can offer in-person and virtual sessions specializing in anxiety, depression, self-worth, anger management, fear, bullying, and relationship issues to name a few. She has diverse clientele, and has worked in variety of settings such as in hospitals with cancer patients, old-age home with elders. She has also done workshops on parenting for parents and teachers in schools.
Prior to moving back to Canada, Vasundhara lived in many different parts of the world including Hong Kong and Malaysia. When not at work, Vasundhara enjoys spending her free time doing Yoga, gardening, travelling, listening to music, reading, cooking, and playing bridge. She also has a keen interest in Reiki.

Dr. Phil Wessel received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in 2018. Previously in 2015, Dr. Wessel obtained his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph.
Dr. Wessel’s dynamic treatment techniques and education allow him to provide care for a variety of populations: From young athletes to seniors. While completing his Chiropractic degree, Dr. Wessel was awarded the unique opportunity to provide Chiropractic care within an integrated hospital setting at the Buffalo Veterans Affairs Hospital. It was there that he realized that a multidisciplinary collaborative health care model best aligns with his vision as a health care provider.
Dr. Wessel utilizes evidence-based guidelines when working with his patients to determine the best treatment techniques to achieve your health goals in the fastest time. Some treatment techniques often utilized include: joint mobilization & manipulation therapy, soft tissue release, patient education and exercise rehab.
During his free time Dr. Wessel can be found spending time with family and friends, and staying active through strength training, hiking, playing volleyball and basketball.

Stephen has been a physiotherapist for over 25 years. He graduated from an affiliated physiotherapy school with University Of Manchester In England and gradated with an Honours Degree.
Stephen specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedics, post surgical and sports injuries. As a physiotherapist his treatment model is based in accurate diagnosis and a sustainable outcome measured treatment plan. The treatment plans are structured to include the following: modalities such as ice/heat, electrical stimulation , ultrasound , reassessment, manual therapy , he is a strong believer in progressive and grade exercise protocols and patient education. He also does bracing , orthotics and other orthopaedic accessories.
Throughout his career Stephen has worked primarily In the GTA and Hamilton. Among some of the clinics that he has worked in are the University of Toronto Sports Medicine Centre and Core Rehabilitation owned by Donavan Bailey. Both of these clinics gave Stephen the opportunity to work and travel with varsity level university athletes, professional athletes and national team level athletes.
Prior to becoming a physiotherapist Stephen had the opportunity to play professional basketball in Europe for 5 years and competed in the European Baseball Championships for Great Britain. He continues to have a keen interest in physical fitness, he is active in going to the gym, yoga, enjoys hiking and the outdoors, an avid golfer and loves animals.
